Title: Account Manager
Nicolette has been a proud member of the sales team at Classic Impressions since 2001. She has her Bachelor of Arts from UBC majoring in Psychology, and takes pride in her ability to get along so well with her clients. She also has her certification as a Sales Professional (CSP).
When she is not enjoying herself with her clients and co-workers she takes pride in spending time with her husband and two beautiful daughters (Elyse and Alexa) at the beach and park.

Title: Account Manager
Chris joined the Classic family in 2006 starting his career in the print industry as a pressman. While gaining knowledge in the plant he has moved his way up to customer service and sales. In his spare time he enjoys spending time with his family and friends.

Name: Mark Caffary
Title: Sales Manager
Mark started his career in the print industry at just 15 years of age. An indentured journeymen pressman by the time he was twenty, the owner of his own high end commercial print shop by the time he was thirty, Mark brings with him the experience of a constantly evolving career in the graphics and communications industry. He likes to promote a happy and positive attitude within his team with a major focus on customer satisfaction and relationship building.
Mark’s experience in customer service and product innovation has allowed Classic to further expand its already wide range of services.

Name: Avy Zohar B.A.Sc
Title: Account Manager
Avy has been in the printing/mailing business since 1988 holding various managerial positions as well as running his own companies. With his engineering background and entrepreneurial flair, he brings his can-do attitude and constantly strives for customer satisfaction at all costs. Avy is an adrenalin-junky who enjoys riding motorcycles, skiing, snowboarding and flying planes. He adores his wife of 28 years and two teen-age sons.

Title: Account Manager
Results driven and forward thinking, with more than 26 years of expertise in marketing communications, Bill Lam is a welcome addition to the Classic team. Over the years he has secured strong business ties by presenting positive marketing solutions to clients of all levels. Through the power of print he has helped clients target potential customers by using demographic information with positive results.

Name: Terry Sikora
Title: HR & Payroll
Terry is one of the co-founders of Classic and has had an active role since the beginning in Payroll, HR. and Invoicing in Accounts Receivable.
She takes a positive role in the well being of the “Classic Family”. This may include challenging the General Manager from time to time. (Her husband)
Along with some of the other employees she participates in organizing many social activities at Classic.
Terry enjoys spending time with her grandsons along with card making and knitting.

Name: Janine Sikora
Title: Customer Service/Marketing Manager
Janine has been a member of the Classic Team for as long as she can remember. With both of her parents working in the printing industry, Janine lived in a house where print and paper was always a popular topic. Joining the Classic Team has given her the opportunity to get much better acquainted with the world she grew up in. She plays an active role in many departments of Classic – from Customer Service to Pre-press, and from Account Management to Marketing. She loves branching out into new areas and learning more and more every day.
Janine Graduated from SFU with a BA in history and humanities. Her other interests include a strong love for the fine arts, traveling, Disney (and all things musical), the Vancouver Canucks (!!!), and spending time with her family and friends.

Name: Joan Karjala
Title: Customer Service
Joan joined Classic Impression in March 2011 ending a 17 year professional sabbatical while raising her 4 children. She enjoys being back in the office part-time and being a member of a professional family.
While not in the office, Joan enjoys her family life with her children, hockey, and her beloved pugs Buddy & Abbie.
